Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our construction site. overseeing a matrix installation on a large Distribution warehouse upgrade. our client is the CDM so we are looking for an experienced site manager this is a 7 day site with 12 hour days so shifts are shared between 2 managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports on progress and any issues encountered.
• Implement strategies for risk management and problem resolution on-site.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a CSCS Black Managers Card, SMSTS & Aid
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration among diverse groups.
• Ability to lead by example, motivating team members to achieve their best performance.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making in complex situations.
• Previous experience of working on amazon projects is an advantage
