Job Description

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide home-based care for older people, including those with dementia, across North East Glasgow. You will support daily living, promote independence, and help service users access community activities in line with national guidance and care standards.

Flexible 30-hour weekly contract (permanent) with evening and weekend working; PVG check required.
