Job Description

NHSGGC is seeking a registered nurse to take on the New Scots Community Nursing Coordinator role in Glasgow and surrounding communities. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred, culturally sensitive care to refugees, people seeking asylum and other New Scots, coordinating services and supporting navigation of healthcare pathways.
