Clinical Coder – Maternity Cover (24 hrs/wk)

Job Description

NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated Clinical Coder to provide maternity cover at our busy GP Practice in Irvine, Scotland. In this role, you will be responsible for summarising and coding medical records accurately, recording results, and general data entry.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT and data entry skills, along with an eye for detail. Previous experience in coding records is beneficial but not mandatory. This is a permanent position covering 24 hours per week, with applications closing on July 10th, 2026.
