Job Description

cinch Hub is seeking a Customer Advisor to provide best-in-class service at click and collect locations nationwide. You will assist customers with online purchases and vehicle handovers when ready, answering questions and guiding them through the process.

You will handle part exchanges and local deliveries, while ensuring the hub remains tidy and presentable. A full UK driving licence is required and strong customer service skills are essential.
