About Us

Scotsman Group is a collection of over 50 venues. Many of our venues are housed in listed buildings, carefully restored, expanded, refreshed and put to good use. We have restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, bars, cinemas, student accommodation and more.

One thing all our places have in common is our people – they work hard, often behind the scenes, and they are the best at what they do. They are a wildly eclectic bunch, from the architect who makes the drawings come to life, to the domestic team who make our hotel rooms feel like home. We are always growing and on the lookout for fresh talent, so if you’ve got it, bring it.

What We Stand For

Our values aren’t rules or guidelines our people need to follow; they are the catalyst for an unwritten work ethic. No matter where you work or what you do, these values remain the same.

  • We put the guest first: Without our guests, we are nothing. They are at the centre of every decision we make.
  • We make our jobs our own: Our success relies on people taking ownership of their role and thinking entrepreneurially.
  • We work together: Treat your colleagues like family. Support, respect and encourage one another.
  • Work hard: Strive to stand out from the crowd and take pride in being the best at what you do.
  • We grow: Growth and commercial success are essential to our future, and every decision should support that ambition.
