MAG (Airports Group) is recruiting an experienced Duty Manager to lead our Airport Hospitality Team and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of our lounge facilities. You will supervise on-site teams, deliver exceptional service, and uphold high standards of food safety and compliance.

As the senior on site, you will handle customer concerns, manage staff rotas, budgeting, stock control with the Kitchen Manager, and drive operational excellence while creating a premium guest experience.
