Anderson Knight Limited is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead the people agenda for a UK-wide organisation. The role centers on engagement, culture, communication, and organisational effectiveness, with responsibility for a dispersed workforce and senior stakeholder influence.

You will partner with leadership to shape HR strategy, develop talent, and enhance wellbeing and inclusion across the business, based from Glasgow with hybrid/onsite elements.
