Job Description

JA Mar Hall is seeking a Chef de Partie to own a kitchen section, cook and present food to high standards, and support a busy resort operation. You will work under the Restaurant Head Chef and contribute to menus and guest experiences across the Gallery, Dining Room, Clubhouse, and events.

This hands-on role requires pride in craft, consistency, and the ability to adapt within a luxury hospitality setting at JA Mar Hall.
