Apex Resources Limited are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Dundee.

Contract Rate: £16 per hour

40-hour working week

Daytime shifts between 06 30

Key responsibilities:

Running your section efficiently during service

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard

Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards

Supporting junior kitchen staff when required

Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
What we re looking for:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up

Passion for quality food and consistency

Ability to work well under pressure

Strong teamwork and communication skills
