Chef De Partie/Sous Chef Edinburgh 45 hours per week £32,760 per annum

Are you the right person for the job?
- Preferably with some basic food /hygiene qualifications but training can be provided
- Genuine interest in cooking / looking for an opportunity to build their career in hospitality
- Up for a challenge in a busy environment
- Experience working as Chef De Partie/Sous Chef in a similar setting would be beneficial
- Must be available to work throughout August
What will your role look like?
- Preparing high quality meals for customers from the menu
- Ensuring food is served in good time and well presented
- Working with the management team to develop menus using healthy, fresh and good quality ingredients
- Cleaning and organising the food preparation area for the Head Chef
- Assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
- Adhering to Food Safety Standards, maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
