Job Description

Overview

Connect Appointments are currently recruiting a Catering Assistant to support a major TAR shutdown project for a leading client in Grangemouth – commencing 16th August and lasting approximately 10 weeks.

Shift details

  • 6 days per week (including rotating weekends) – 7:30am to 2pm
  • £13.45 per hour (enhanced rates for weekends)
  • £1.54 p/h TAR bonus on completion of weekly hours

Responsibilities

  • Assist the head chef with food preparation (salads, sandwiches, etc.)
  • Support general kitchen operations and hygiene standards
  • Ensure a clean and organised working environment

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food handling – preferred but not essential
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
  • Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards

Please Note – You must be able to pass a drug test for this assignment.
