Cathay Care Home is seeking a Deputy Manager (Non Clinical) to lead day-to-day operations, partnering with the Home Manager to ensure high standards of care, compliance and service delivery.

You will oversee care delivery and staff performance, support audits, drive quality improvements and provide visible leadership to the care team. This role offers ongoing training, progression opportunities and a supportive regional leadership structure.
