Job Location: Falkirk, Scotland. Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per annum (7 shifts x 6 hours per week).

Job Overview

The role of a Care Assistant at LACURA Health & Social Care involves working with clients to support their daily living needs and help them maintain independence.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients daily to provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.
• Respond to individual care needs, managing a wide range of personalities and lifestyles.
• Carry out daily care tasks such as preparing meals, administering medication, and maintaining hygiene.
• Support clients in maintaining their safety and well being at home.
• Collaborate with the care team to document observations and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Use the training and tools provided to undertake tasks safely and effectively.

• Can work flexibly on part time or full time schedules.
• Prepared to travel to client locations within the Falkirk area.

Training & Support

Full pre employment training will be provided, including safe medication handling and other specific care skills as required.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and own car.
