Job Description

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor in Kirkcaldy to help run a busy cafe part time (24 hours per week). You will supervise frontline team, ensure high standards of service, handle weekly rotas, stock orders and compliance with Food Handling & Safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience supervising teams, excellent communication, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
