What you will do:

  • Manage a varied caseload of acute and community patients, delivering assessment, treatment, monitoring, and evaluation of nutritional care plans.
  • Provide specialist dietary advice for patients requiring nutritional support, diabetes management, weight management, enteral feeding, and long-term condition management.
  • Deliver dietetic services across inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, community healthcare settings, and residential or nursing homes as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, social care teams, and external agencies to ensure integrated care pathways.

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

  • BSc (Hons) or MSc in Dietetics recognised by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
  • Member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) desirable.

Registration & Compliance:

  • Current HCPC registration as a Dietitian.

Experience:

  • Post-registration experience within acute hospital and/or community dietetic services.
  • Experience managing complex nutritional support cases and multidisciplinary working.
