Job Description

Bayne’s the Family Bakers in Lochore is seeking a Bakery Learning Partner to drive capability development across the Bakery operation and support leadership development. The role requires travel across Bakery, Retail and Office locations with a base at the Lochore site.

We expect experience in Learning & Development, coaching and digital learning, plus a passion for people development. Full UK driving licence is required due to travel.
