Automotive Aftersales Lead – Customer Care & Growth

Job Description

Lookers Glasgow Audi is recruiting a Senior Service Advisor to join our on-site Aftersales Team. The role runs 42 hours weekly (Mon-Fri 8:00-17:30, Saturdays on a rota 8:00-12:00) with an OTE up to £38,000 and a £32,000 basic. You will book MOTs/services, upsell warranty parts, and coordinate with Aftersales to schedule work.
