Customer Service Manager


Job Description

A successful Scotland wide property firm, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual with a background in fast paced customer service and account handling to join their team in Aberdeen due to growth in their business.

Ideally you’ll have experience in property, however we are looking for a customer service superstar to be able to learn and eventually take on your own property portfolio so if you have worked in a customer focused role that requires a high level of coordination, we would still love to hear from you!

M-F, full time core hours.

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary of 25,000- 30,000, along with a 3,000 car allowance on top of this as well as free parking.

Your main responsibilities in this role will be:
– Deliver excellent customer service at all times
– Build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords
– Conduct regular landlord meetings
– Portfolio management
– Instruct and monitor reactive and proactive repairs
– Manage and coordinate customer insurance claims process
– Conduct regular property visits
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
– Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels
– Achieve customer response time targets
