Specsavers Fort William is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team within a high-street optics environment. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer care, and ongoing development of staff skills.

Experience in optics is welcome but not essential; a commercially minded, detail oriented leader with a positive attitude will fit in well as part of our Fort William team.
