What You’ll Be Doing

To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the shop ensuring income targets are met in line with our organisational objectives. The shop manager will motivate and manage a diverse team including volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and efficient stock rotation.
