Job Description

Loganair Limited at Sumburgh Airport is seeking a Customer Service Agent to aid passengers and support safe, on-time operations. The role involves rostered shifts, including mornings, afternoons and weekends, to maintain daily flight schedules.

You will manage check-in, assist with delays or cancellations, arrange transport or accommodation when needed, and provide telephone ticketing support. Full training is provided; prior customer service experience is desirable.
