Job Description

Barclays in Glasgow is seeking an Innovation Enablement Lead within the Chief Technology Office to drive AI-enabled innovation across the bank. You will manage the innovation lifecycle, track initiatives with dashboards and reporting, oversee resource capacity, and ensure delivery governance to keep projects on track.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, develop governance structures and frameworks, and build a global ecosystem of partners.
