We are looking to speak with strong 2nd Liners who have a background mainly supporting the Microsoft suite as well as having a background in networking and security. This is a role for someone who can look at a list of tickets and be that “Sniper” for those trickier ones.
The role involves:
- Office 365 support and administration
- MDM – InTune
- Microsoft Server
- Microsoft Entra
- Basic Networking
- SharePoint
