About the Role
We are looking for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Assistant Practitioners to support people in maximizing their independence, health, and wellbeing through community rehabilitation services. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to service development and innovation as the Rehabilitation Service undergoes a redesign to enhance delivery and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation services to a diverse group of patients with a range of abilities and conditions.
- Work flexibly across community locations and contribute to a 7 day working pattern, including weekends, as part of a rota system (currently once every 6 weeks).
- Participate in problem solving, quality improvement, collaborative working, and service development activities.
- Adapt to evolving service priorities as the redesign progresses.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hold a current PVG Scheme membership for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult).
- Demonstrate legal permission to work in the United Kingdom.
- Be prepared to undergo any updated criminal records checks required from 1 April 2025.
