Director, GTM Engineering & Revenue Ops

Job Description

Perk is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering to own the GTM tech stack, architecture, and commercial outcomes. You will lead a senior team across Europe and North America, collaborating with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Data teams to remove manual work with automated systems.

You will design the end-to-end GTM engineering strategy, set standards, and build production-grade workflows using Python, SQL, SOQL and TypeScript.
