Hybrid HR Manager – Operations & Transformation

William Grant & Sons in Bellshill is partnering to recruit two HR Managers into the Operations HR team during a period of change and transformation. The roles combine hands-on operational HR with broad transformation and project work.

You’ll partner closely with a busy manufacturing operation, handling complex ER, coaching leaders and delivering change programmes, including HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
