Job Description

AAB in Edinburgh is seeking an HR Consultant to join our Glasgow team on a full or part time basis (minimum 4 days per week). We are a full-service people consultancy helping clients with HR, Health & Safety and Talent Development.

You will advise clients on day-to-day HR issues, support recruitment, develop inclusive cultures, and mentor line managers. CIPD-qualified or willing to pursue it, travel to client sites, and a hybrid working model are supported.
