Community Library Assistant – Part-Time Weekend Role

Job Description

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture is recruiting a friendly Library Assistant for St Leonards Library in East Kilbride. You will welcome visitors, help with borrowing, accessing digital resources, and creating a welcoming, safe community space.

This part time post runs on Saturdays with a 4 hour pattern. The role involves assisting customers, guiding use of computers and printing, handling cash for transactions, and supporting events and promotions to encourage reading.
