Job Description

University of Glasgow is seeking a strategic leader to head Student Operations within the College Professional Services. The role focuses on delivering Service Excellence, portfolio reviews, and transformation initiatives across Undergraduate, PGT, and PGR areas to improve student experience and staff engagement.

The post reports to the CoSE Director of Professional Services and requires governance, analytics, and strong business partnering with senior College and University colleagues.
