Job Description

Headland Archaeology in Edinburgh is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to provide first line support across the UK, assisting colleagues with devices, apps, and cloud services. The role combines practical, hands on IT work with opportunities to develop skills in Microsoft 365, Intune, and cloud technologies.

You will configure laptops and mobile devices, troubleshoot Windows and macOS/iOS issues, manage user accounts via Active Directory and Entra ID, and maintain ITSM records.
