Multi-Store Retail Leader – Scotland (Travel 3x/wk)

Job Description

ProCook is seeking a Cluster Manager to lead a defined group of stores across Livingston, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Gretna, Braehead, Fleetwood and surrounding areas. You will travel 3 days per week, coaching Store Managers to achieve KPIs and uphold brand standards.

The role combines own store stewardship with regional leadership, focusing on sales, service, compliance and people development to drive cluster performance.
