HR Systems Analyst – Drive HR Data & Dashboards

Job Description

NHS Lothian is seeking a HR Systems Analyst to drive development, implementation and optimisation of HRMIS across our workforce services. You will work on reporting, data quality and BI initiatives, shaping digital transformation and improving service delivery for thousands of staff.

The role requires strong analytic capability, experience with HR systems, and an ability to partner with HR, IT and operations to deliver high-quality outcomes in a hybrid working environment.
