Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland in Edinburgh is seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide user support across NHS Lothian, handling requests as the first point of escalation from the service desk.

The role involves installation, configuration, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of desktop computer systems and software, and providing advice and training to users on how to use these tools. A fixed-term 24 months contract is offered to suitable candidates.
