Customer Service Advisor – Vehicle Repair (12-Month Contract)

Solus is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to join our award-winning team in Bonnyrigg, Scotland. This 12-month maternity cover role is a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, focusing on keeping customers updated, sourcing vehicle parts, and coordinating transport during repairs.

You will deliver first-class customer contact, manage SLAs, identify risks and contribute to site performance within a supportive Solus team.
