Our client is a well-established Building Consultancy with a strong reputation across the UK, providing Building Surveying and Project Management services to a diverse range of clients. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Glasgow office.

Graduate Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits:

Graduate Building Surveyor Job Overview:

  • Assisting with building surveys and inspections
  • Supporting defect diagnosis and remedial advice
  • Preparing technical reports and documentationAssisting with technical due diligence and planned maintenance work
  • Attending site inspections and surveys
  • Supporting senior surveyors across a variety of projects
  • Liaising with clients, contractors and other professionals
  • Developing your technical knowledge and consultancy skills
  • Working towards the competencies required for MRICS

Graduate Building Surveyor Job Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying
  • Ideally some relevant industry or placement experience
  • Keen to pursue a career within Building Surveying consultancy
  • Strong interest in working towards MRICS Chartership
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a consultancy environment
