Position
Quantity Surveyor – Dundee (Office-based, 4.5 days per week, Tayside region)
About the Employer
An established main contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work, seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of projects from start to finish
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Assist with cost planning, valuations, and variations
- Monitor project costs and report
- Support preparation of final accounts
- Work closely with site and project teams
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS in a main contractor environment
- Good understanding of construction contracts
- Strong numerical and commercial awareness
- Eager to develop and progress within a growing business
