Job Description

HRM Homecare in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive HR Officer to provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. The role emphasises accurate record-keeping and policy adherence.

You will manage recruitment advertising, screening, interviewing support, onboarding, right-to-work checks, and HR reporting. A driver’s licence and willingness to travel to recruitment events are preferred.
