Real Care Agency in East Kilbride is seeking caring individuals to support older adults at home. Roles include assisting with daily tasks, preparing meals, prompting medications, and promoting independence. No prior qualifications required; we provide a comprehensive assessment program.

We offer both full-time and part-time shifts, with a living wage of £13.45 per hour, mileage reimbursement, free uniform, and PVG store discounts. Car access is preferred but non-drivers can be accommodated.
