Job Description

Costa Dundee Ethiebeaton Park is seeking a Team Leader to guide shifts, train and support new Baristas, and help maintain Costa’s service and coffee standards in a busy Drive-Thru location.

This permanent role offers 30 hours per week with flexible shifts. You’ll energise the team, communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and lead by example as you develop the store’s customer experience.
