Young Persons Practitioner – Community Outreach & Impact

Job Description

Action for Children in City of Edinburgh is seeking a committed Young Person Practitioner to deliver targeted interventions that help children and young people recognise strengths, overcome challenges, and make positive choices.

You’ll provide focused 1:1 support, group work, and outreach across Edinburgh, with a 37-hour week, includes evenings and weekends. SVQ/Diploma Level 3 and youth-work experience preferred.
