Engineering Planner & Admin Specialist

Job Description

CalaChem is recruiting an Administrator (Engineering Planner) for Grangemouth on a contract basis. The role focuses on coordinating planning of tasks, manpower and materials for routine maintenance, minor projects and shutdowns, plus admin support for engineering documents and data systems.

The successful candidate will manage AUTOCAD drawings, MS-Project and ERP systems, while deputising for other admin roles during absences and ensuring timely, compliant documentation.
