Anglo-Eastern Ship Management in the United Kingdom seeks a Marine Personnel Officer to coordinate all aspects of sea staff employment, joining and leaving ships, in line with the company’s Quality Management System and client requirements.

You will act as first point of contact for personnel queries, ensure compliant manning, and manage payroll, documentation and travel arrangements, while collaborating with clients, managers and crewing agents.
