Child & Family Bereavement Practitioner

Job Description

St Columba’s Hospice is seeking a Child and Families Practitioner to support children and families facing incurable illness. You will work with families to help children understand and adjust to changes, and to plan for the future with compassion and sensitivity.

The role requires a recognised qualification in health, education, social care, play therapy or counselling, a full UK driving licence, and a commitment to safeguarding and family-centred care.
