Scouts Scotland is seeking a Deputy Centre Manager for Lochgoilhead in the Highlands. The role combines operational leadership with programme development, staff mentoring and delivering superb outdoor experiences.

You will work with the Centre Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day running and contribute to future growth and development of the centre. A strong background in outdoor learning and team leadership is essential.
