Junior HR Business Partner – Hospitality HR Impact

Job Description

Cameron House is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our HR team on site at Loch Lomond. You will be the day-to-day contact for HR queries within your designated business areas, supporting the rollout of local people initiatives and onboarding processes.

You will own employee relations guidance, recruitment support, and collaborate with HR & L&D to drive resort-wide projects, ensuring engaging inductions and effective people management across the team.
