Job Description

Babcock is seeking a Waterfront Mechanical Team Leader at HMNB Clyde, near Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute. You will lead the Waterfront Systems team and support the Waterfront Engineering Manager to deliver maintenance activities safely and on schedule.

You will mentor engineering staff, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in a critical national security setting.
