Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a dedicated healthcare assistant to support registered NMAHP practitioners in delivering patient care and rehabilitation goals, under supervision, and to assist with planning, delivery, and evaluation of care.

You will undertake baseline assessments, apply clinical skills to deliver person-centred, safe care, obtain consent, monitor conditions, and contribute to care planning with the team.
