Options Autism in Dumfriesshire is seeking a Senior Residential Care Worker to support young people with autism and complex needs. You’ll lead a skilled team, provide a nurturing environment, and help develop life skills and confidence in our residents.

Role focuses on daily care, safeguarding, and collaboration with the Deputy Manager. Full-time, 39 hours weekly, with a rolling rota; UK driving license required; role offers sleepover/on-call payments.
