Senior Housing Officer – Lead Tenant Services

Albyn Housing Society in the Highlands is recruiting two Senior Housing Officers to join our Customer Services Team. You will lead service delivery, drive performance, and shape the future of housing across the Highlands.

You will provide day-to-day operational leadership within our housing teams, line manage staff, and work to improve tenant satisfaction while ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices. Hybrid working with an Invergordon office base.
